The GEA Network was established in 2012 by global expansion experts, Fitzgerald & Law. The network creation was driven by F&L’s need to ensure its international clients’ affairs were well looked after when they expanded throughout EMEA and beyond.

The GEA Network continues to build upon its enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to businesses and their employees.

The GEA Network Team

Our team of international coordinators possess specialist skills which enable them to provide clients with a 360 degree view of cross-border trade, together with the associated risks and local requirements. With our wealth of experience and our global reach we deliver unparalleled service. Below are some of our key team members:

David Jenkins

David is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the GEA Network, including coordination of introductions to associates and overseeing the services provided to clients.

Although he is a UK Chartered Accountant, David moved into international commerce in 1987 where he worked extensively in the distribution of trade branded products.

As well as his background in finance, David has spent significant time in multi-territory general management roles. This experience has enabled him to oversee the success of GEA Network and contribute a valuable overview to the operational challenges faced by cross-border businesses.

Jesica Eibier

A member of the UK Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) with a UK PRINCE2 project management qualification, Jesica acts as a central point of contact - coordinating GEA Network’s international associates.

Jesica plays a key role in ensuring clients' international affairs including direct/indirect taxes, payroll, HR, benefits, financial, banking, accounting, legal, company secretarial and related compliance are well managed and risk is minimised.

With a UK PRINCE2 project management qualification and an AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Claudia provides multinational companies with one point of contact through which to manage their expansion into other territories and their day to day international affairs including direct/indirect taxes, payroll, HR, benefits, financial, banking, accounting, legal, company secretarial and related compliance.

Claudia works alongside a wide variety of experts in different jurisdictions throughout the GEA Network. Her experience of managing expansion and compliance helps to "translate" in-country differences, streamline processes and minimize risk, while ensuring companies maximize opportunities and remain compliant across borders.
